We are an architecture studio founded in 1990, based in Bilbao (Bizkaia), with more than 35 years of experience. Since 2026 we also have a permanent office in Gijón (Asturias). Our multidisciplinary team brings together architects, engineers, lawyers, quantity surveyors, interior designers, and drafters to offer a comprehensive service: from the project to the finished building, with all technical and legal management included. We work in residential, commercial, and industrial architecture; interior design; urban planning; real estate appraisals; energy certification; and Technical Building Inspection (ITE) reports. We serve individuals, developers, and homeowners' associations in Bizkaia who value technical rigor and a personal approach. At deurbe, the work speaks for itself.

In addition to our architecture, interior design, and urban planning services, at Deurbe we prepare all kinds of technical reports. Producing technical documents has become a necessity in the development of projects and construction works. This studio prepares every type of document, from a simple Energy Performance Certificate to a complex Structural Report, including Technical Building Inspection (ITE) reports. DEURBE helps its clients with the administrative processing of all kinds of licenses and permits: from personalized advice on finding the most suitable and/or fastest procedure to legal representation. Always with functionality and legal certainty as the goal.
