Since 2026 Deurbe Arquitectura has had a permanent office in Gijón, at Calle Ezcurdia 44. With it we expand our reach in northern Spain and offer a closer service to individuals, developers, and homeowners' associations in Asturias, Cantabria, and Galicia.

Technical reports — Technical Building Inspection (ITE), energy certificates, structural reports — and processing of licenses and permits, with personalized advice and legal representation.
