Principles: Which principles do we apply when processing data?

Deurbe Sociedad de Gestión, S.L.P.U. processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018. We apply the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency, data minimisation, storage limitation, and integrity and confidentiality.

Purposes, legal basis and retention

Personal data received through the website, including the contact form, is used to respond to enquiries and requests. The legal basis may be consent, the performance of a contract, or a legal obligation, depending on the purpose. Data is kept only for the period necessary for each purpose and for the legally required periods.

The authorised personnel of Deurbe and public administrations acting within their legal powers may access the data when necessary for these purposes. Personal data is not transferred except where legally required or necessary to support the related services.
