We chose to preserve the building's exterior appearance, keeping its architectural composition and colors. These were carried into the interior, creating a white architecture that brings together modernity and classicism.

DEURBE handled the construction management and the modification of a project drawn up by other architects.

The main goal was to house two new homes, adapted to the family's changing needs.

To achieve this, one home was designed on the lower floors and another as a penthouse under the roof. Both have independent entrances and services, but share an elevator suited to the needs of the family's most senior members.

The project is completed with the landscaping of the garden areas and the construction of a pool.
