The project turns a former auto repair shop in the city center into a gym, with 280 m² on the ground floor and an additional 80 m² on the mezzanine.

The ground floor is an open space where the different types of training take place. It also includes a changing room and an accessible restroom that complies with accessibility regulations.

The mezzanine houses the remaining changing rooms and technical rooms, as well as a small private area for the owners.

One of the requirements for this type of activity is to avoid disturbing the building's residents, especially with noise. Ceilings, walls, and floors were therefore insulated to create an acoustic box that keeps the typical sounds of a gym of this kind — where heavy weights are used — from reaching the outside. The relevant tests were then carried out to confirm that it works.

The design pursues an industrial look, with building services running exposed along the walls, emphasized with bold colors, giving the space a design reminiscent of a mechanic's garage.
