Architecture
With extensive experience in the sector, at DEURBE we develop building projects across all areas: residential, commercial, and industrial. Our work ranges from custom single-family homes to apartment blocks, hotels, and industrial and commercial buildings, building an extensive track record over more than 30 years. In addition to preparing the project documentation, we handle administrative procedures and construction management, ensuring an efficient, hassle-free process for our clients. We have a multidisciplinary team of architects, quantity surveyors, structural engineers, and interior designers, which allows us to approach each project comprehensively and with maximum coordination within the team.
Appraisals
An appraisal is a technical process used to determine the value of an asset, usually a property, though it can also apply to land. Its purpose is to establish a reference price based on objective criteria and market conditions. The result of the appraisal is set out in a technical report, which includes the methodology used, the description of the asset, and the determined value.
Energy Certification
The energy performance certificate is an official document that assigns the property a rating on a letter scale, ranging from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). This certificate is mandatory for the sale or rental of properties and is valid for several years. Our technicians will visit the property to analyze aspects such as thermal insulation, heating and cooling systems, lighting, orientation, and construction materials. With this data, the estimated energy consumption and associated CO₂ emissions are calculated.
Reports
These are some of the reports we can prepare at DEURBE: Pathology and conservation reports to assess the structural condition of a property. Technical Building Inspection (ITE) reports to guarantee the safety and good state of conservation of older buildings. Expert technical reports for legal proceedings related to construction defects, contractual breaches, or damage to buildings. Project feasibility reports to determine technical, economic, and regulatory viability, assessing costs, timelines, and potential risks.
